A little about yourself here. I sit and wait Does an angel contemplate my fate And do they know The places where we go When we're grey and old

Asean Cup 2007- Finals (Singapore vs Thailand)
22:21
Quick update of school life...
Had a great time at orch practice today. Played one wierd twentieth century music and chopin's concerto no.1. Playing violin II with hairie. Strings section playing really difficult songs. One of which is Queen of Sheba.I'm doomed with the Violin I part. It's so super fast. Performance is said to be next week. I wonder how am i going to get that right in time. Finish the new Debussy piece for exam. It's the prelude from book II no. 5.That piece is quite nice.Struggling with the Liszt piece, the one from paganni.Sighz...I wish i had bigger hands.

It's pretty wierd for me to be watching soccer. Apparently, i made up my mind that i should watch it. Today's match was really fierce. The Thais didn't show any mercy so did our home team. Bet many of you also watched it.
I thought the protest at the 2nd half was quite infuriating. I mean, the whole epic of how the thai guy dragged Alam Shah down was captured on national tv and the thais revolted for the yellow card given and a penalty shot. True, that penalty shot may determine the winner of the Asean Cup but can't the Thais have faith in their goal keeper.I thought it was a little too much for the Thais to actually do this. Incredible isn't it? They're going to make headlines over the Asean nations. Probaly, the entire Asia! lol. I didn't think it was a pretty nice thing to do.

Kinda wierd though...they'd be playing another match in Thailand on Sunday. Three cheers for Singapore! GO SINGAPORE! (the rare times i'm that patriotic.) I'd watch that match ^.^

Hmmm..time to go now.Need my sleep (I don't consider it as beauty sleep..i mean, i never. lol)

High on haagan Daaz ice cream.

занят, занят, занят...
11:49
Been busy lately in school.Haven't got time to do anything much over the past few weeks. Big apology to those whom i haven't reply to their emails, testimonials and smses. ^.^

Quick update...

School's great. Lots of interesting new modules.(Esp the History of Performing Arts). On the negative side, there's so much of facts to remember. In fact.some are pretty dry. I've got 'kicked out' of the project work with the piano seniors and got chucked into the strings player.Sighzzz...Ain't that bad anyway. The strings senior are really nice people too. ^.^ We've got fusion group settled already. Devi,Isaac,Kelvin,Shane and myself. Pretty much the group I hang out with. Sadly, we can't fit the rest in. So, we've to split ourseleves into two group. We did a song at choir which I don't think anyone would expect a group of university level kids to do- Old Macdonald(on the high side, It's Old macdonald had a jazzy farm). It's a twisted version. The jazz version.lol. Orchestra's starting this week...means I've to practice the violin again. Sighz... and string ensemble clashes with Arts, culture and society class tomorrow. So, we probaly have to start fixing that clash again.

Church is going on fine. Pathfinders and Adventurers started yesterday. We did a totally different way of running the club meeting. It was fun in a way. Although, it was pretty chaotic at the start. I bet it'd improve. We've got new members from the community. Which I think is really great. There's still lots of fine tuning to do.

Things are not always the way we want it to be. Even if it doesn't , we can make the best of it. If we strive on, trusting our Lord at all times, those obstacles that we have to overcome will be like passing clouds. Let the rain pours if it has to. The sun will rise somedays.

14 Jan - Practice makes Perfect?
17:52
School started and this semester is one seriously short one. Don't think I'd ever have enough time to blog or even to email. Songs are getting difficult. Have to raise my technique and stamina level. Don't intend to die after playing half of Beethoven's Sonata in F. 1st movt - Allegro. 2nd movt-Moderato. 3rd movement- presto! Whoa...it's either I do something about it, or I'd not survive this piece. Sunday's aren't the most enjoyable. ^.^ Off to Ikea.

Back...

I'm back. Had a good time at malaysia. Had Eliana as company. She's so adorable^.^ We spent almost every night playing monoploly. Haha. We went to JB SDA church on saturday. Lurve those people there. There're sooo friendly. Really nice church to be at.

It was flooding pretty badly at Malaysia. The highway was dry and okay. When I looked out of the window while trevelling, it was probaly the most amazing sight I've seen. It wasn't good. The flood level was covering every palm tree trunk on the low land. Could see water level reaching the doorsteps of raised houses. People weren't walking, but waddling across the water to get around. We talked to an indian family at Mt Ophir, they told us that the flood reached up to 9ft. That's super high. Will load the pictures when I get the time to upload in onto the com. ^.^
